Denied Global Updating /msg cmd

Updating /msg cmd​

Detailed description:

/msg command should be made to be accessible anywhere anytime and for everyone

Like it starts to work only when one in same lobby or we /r to a msg made earlier

The command should be made accessible everytime one wishes to msg someone

**A cooldown should be added to avoid spam**​

Reason(s):

Would help us msg unknown PPL without adding friend or without adding to party

it's an easy thing to implement so not a big issue for fevelopers​

Example(s):

Like we /msg xyz he gets msg doesn't matter where he is practice/skywars/bws/survival etc etc​

coz yeah that's annoying to add randoms to friend list or to party just to talk privately

There is a reason it's only accessible in same lobby. If this were to implement then many players could use this to raid others. Players will gather up and drop a bomb of messages on players specially youtubers/streams for stupid reasons.

Cooldown for both players is not possible. If u know mean like if I send someone a message then noone else can send another message before the Cooldown then no it's not a good idea and I think u can tell why it's not.
