Unfair Ban and Ignored Appeal

Hello,

Honestly, this whole situation has been really frustrating. I got banned because my mouse had macro functionality, even though I never used any macros while playing.

What makes it worse is that I've been waiting for a response to my appeal for quite a while now and haven't heard anything back from staff. It feels like I'm being ignored despite trying to resolve this through the proper channels.

I'm not asking for special treatment—just a fair review of my case and a response to my appeal.

You need to wait patiently for your appeal to be reviewed. And I am sure it will be fairly reviewed, just hang tight and wait for a response cause there's no specific ETA for the response.

ye ik and I really appreciate some is replying.i msged Soo many staff member none of them replied didnt even said a word.I will be waiting for response on the appeal.
