As I've stated in another thread (by you) I am opposed to this. Users should see their report being accepted AS THE REWARD. The user you report will hopefully learn from their mistake, or face worse consequences moving forward.
Giving people rewards based on the number of reports will lead to an even more toxic community. One where people try to get others to break the rules without them expressly saying 'break this rule'. People will try to get people to say the same 3 things in chat just so they can report and get that sweet sweet pika money.
Another thing: staff aren't paid, why should you be? If there is anyone who should be given a reward over us, it is the staff team who has to deal with consistent abuse from the community.
This is a destructive idea at its core.
Doing good things should not require a reward, since the good thing was your reward.
