idk to give us reward because we waste our time just to report a hacker/rule breakers?​

If that's how you feel about reporting people, you aren't reporting for the right reasons. It's not a waste of time to help get cheaters and rule breakers punished so they can't ruin the game for others anymore. At the very least reporting a hacker means you shouldn't have to deal with that hacker anymore

Also, haven't you already posted a suggestion for rewards for reporting people?

Well, It would be certainly nice if you could win a reward for being a top reporter. But I think that seeing a guy who broke the rules get punished is a good enough reward already.

As I've stated in another thread (by you) I am opposed to this. Users should see their report being accepted AS THE REWARD. The user you report will hopefully learn from their mistake, or face worse consequences moving forward.

Giving people rewards based on the number of reports will lead to an even more toxic community. One where people try to get others to break the rules without them expressly saying 'break this rule'. People will try to get people to say the same 3 things in chat just so they can report and get that sweet sweet pika money.

Another thing: staff aren't paid, why should you be? If there is anyone who should be given a reward over us, it is the staff team who has to deal with consistent abuse from the community.

This is a destructive idea at its core.

Doing good things should not require a reward, since the good thing was your reward.

-1 Although I think this will increase the number of cheaters caught, this will inevitably lead to people being false banned, because people will want to top reporter reward so much that they will get someone to break the rules even though they haven't, will also lead to a toxic community as someone said in another comment.

You're thinking of the reward already. He doesn't want it for the reward he just would like to rid the community of all the toxicity, which this suggestion, if implemented, would help to do. UpperG maybe would get the top 1, but atleast it would help the community. Helping the community is why he suggested it, not for the rewards.

i report a lot of hackers, and it feels so good having them getting banned, if people get rewards for reporting others, then they can get cocky about it and the satisfaction of reporting hackers would be gone
