so guys i faced a guy who is a professional rage baiter, as you can see in the photo, and also when i reported him as negative behaviour to my suprise, it was denied, i mean why? does pika support this type of behaviour? as I would surely wont appreciate this to be fit in a peaceful community. If this is not negative behaviour then idk what is ti maybe positive behaviour ig.

it was not swearing that i reported him for, i know swearing is applicable only with full swearings, reported him for negative behaviour
