if you look at most of the gamemodes like survival, skypvp, wild, kits, prison and many others, they all have one thing in common, pvp. and in almost every gamemode you can make a team, but whats the point of having teammates if you cant even recognize them during a fight?
my idea is pretty simple, a team glow effect.
basically there would be a setting like /team settings glow on/off that lets you see your teammates with a colored outline around them. the colors could be green, yellow, blue or whatever works best. only your teammates would be able to see the glow, so enemies wouldnt know who has it enabled.
pika could decide whether the glow should still work when someone uses an invis pot or not, depending on how balanced they want it to be.
imagine getting jumped by another team and actually being able to find your teammates instead of wasting time trying to figure out whos who while fighting.
i feel like this would be useful in pretty much any gamemode that has team pvp. even in a 5v5, it can be hard to recognize your own teammates when everyones fighting in the same place and you cant see their usernames properly.
anyway thats my suggestion, let me know what you guys think. would be nice to see something like this added to pika.
also i think im a genius for coming up with this idea, but ill let you guys decide that.
