Stop false banning

Detailed description:
Hello!

staff have to record (hackers)before banning and have to save it for 1 week. If they get a ban appeal within a weak they can deny it with the video or they can unban if there was a mistake.

Reason:
Reason: too much false banning and staff cant remember every single ban so ban appeals have no reason at current form.

Ik recording is not ez but ik what iam talking about because i did record all my bans when i was a staff in Pika. Probably most of staff will dont like this idea because they scared and they not sure all of them bans but this idea helps to make the staff team stronger and the community better.

Example:
There are a lots of example on my yt channels. Short videos about hackers.
(Of course for u not have to upload to YT. just save it on your pc for 1 week and if u no get appeal u can delete it)

Some people don't have the storage to keep all these videos. 30 second videos can take up to 1.5GB and after 50 videos, the PC might be full. Also, this would slow down the process of hackers being banned.

First, staff are very experincied players that know how to identify hacks.

Second, if they ban a player without proof and they make ban appeal, they must accept it but what if its the second time they get banned for the same things? Maybe it wasnt a false ban.

Everyone make mistakes, and staff dont use to as they are the best identifying hackers.

Recording is NO obligation, if they can good, but they dont really need it.
