[Suggestion]: Staff only- Reports forum thread

• Suggestion
  Only Staff should be able to respond to reports.

• Reason
  People(friends of accused) bring their biased opinions to the thread, people farm posts there by saying great job. All in all i struggle to see a post where another members input was actually useful to the report itself. Its just a breeding ground for members to argue with each other over something that staff ultimately decide using evidence, not peoples opinions, so why should said people be able to place those opinions in the first place.

(Cons-
Staff will have to waste time telling people to give appropriate evidence if they havent more often.
Harder for the accused to be able to dispute the claim (although they can just use the ban appeals if they are punished anyways.)

I feel as though my reasoning outweighs the cons
