Make asking for money punishable

Detailed description:
Personally, i find it incredibly annoying when people ask for money in game. The main reason I suppose is personal because i'm high ranked player and everyone just assumes that makes you "rich". So at times i get requests for money literally every minute in /msg. I do not want to ignore all those players, because it will prevent them from interacting with me on other subjects too. But it is annoying. Secondly I find it annoying because it is against the goal of the game. (in my case factions) With my faction members i will share everything, but it makes absolutely no sense that i will just give money (or other stuff for that matter) to members of other factions not even to mention enemy factions. It is just plane stupidity to think i will enforce another faction. But it is a great joy killer for me, and i assume for other players too. I started a poll in forum, but apparently staff did not catch my intention, so they shut it down and said i just have to make a suggestion. I wanted to know other peoples opinion first.... but here it is.
So i would like you to consider making requesting money - i think the rules already say that requesting stuff is - punishable. And i would suggest - warning - week mute - week ban - permanent ban . as punishments.

Everytime someone tries to tell you that, reply with "dont you think it's rude to ask for money from a stranger, assuming he's your money bank?" Ik its kinda a rude thing to say, but its much more rude when someone just plain out asks for money. And those people who just ask you for money really don't deserve talking to you about other subjects to be honest.

Maybe, but then players should first be given a warning because (Just an example): a lot of players on opfac1 TpTrap and usually members because they just don't know it's not allowed. Speaking of 'not knowing the rules': We got ONE announcement that /rules got updated but why don't we make like an hourly announcement saying "Be sure to check /rules so you don't get punished!". (Might make a thread about that).

Anyhow, back on topic; yes, but first give them a warning because of the above.

Btw sorry for double posting but just having to say that everytime someone asks you for money, and like @Old Prophet said; this sometimes is like 10 msgs per minute.

Take it easy boys, it was just his point of view which I agree with (being a high ranked player myself). I do also agree with @NickTill because I understand that it will not be stopped. Another thing, all this name calling is just not on. @Old Prophet has a right to an opinion and these forums are what opinions are all about.

I myself am annoyed by all the beggars that come and go in all the servers.
I play on Classic Skyblock and am baltop #1 recently I reached that position, 3 days ago.
I get begged at by tons of people for money there are even people that ask to join my island they don't ask politely they just start spamming until I give them my attention, same goes to the people that beg for money.
I think this should be a rule, but it shouldn't be overlooked so hard meaning: you can ask one or twice, but Once someone starts begging over and over then there is when you need to take action and warn or do what is needed to be done.

Staff do punish for "fighting" with other members and going off-topic all the time, so just take the friendly advise.
