Suggestion:
Chest CAN be oppened on CLAIMED areas

Detailed description:
You can open chests on claimed chunks but only when there are nothing above it. This feature is on some servers already and it is good for other players as well.

Server/Place suggestion is intended:

Factions
OP-Factions
Galactix

Reason:
I suggested this because I really don't want to destroy too much and i feel like i am so bad when i destroy very big area just to get 1 chest/large chest. It would be helpful for other raiders because there are some very hard to get chests.

xD i know that lol i mean in another factions land claim i've already done it during raids in normal factions unless your talking about opfacs 1/2 which i dont think you can yet
