Where can we now purchse stats kill messages, as it being remove from the KILL MESSAGES SECTION...

You can purchase it using gold in the old kill messages menu but now in the top the kill message menu you can find that the kill messages have been divided into two parts, one is for normal kill messages and second is for stats kill message, so now the kill messages are being converted to stats kill message. So, for example, you own one of the kill messages then in the stats kill message section you will be able to buy stats kill message variant of that kill message. But you need to own the normal kill message to buy the stats kill version of that kill message. I might be wrong here you can check though.
