SSNL Warlock Rank scam

Dear Pika network staff, I would like to inform about the scamming of a ssnl warlock rank instead of my sister (Miral_Mokhtar) on survival as she still doesn't understand pika forums.

Yesterday after she has grinded all the way through the /milestones for emerald ores, she got a warlock rank. But a som1 named (gamerzplayer) told her they want to hold it for a minute and that they will give it back. After the minute has ended, she told them she wants the rank now, and (gamerzplayer) closed the game. I have joined today and he is warlock while every1 is telling him why he didn't give back the rank and used it. Please my sister will quit if the rank is not back, we do not care if this guy is banned or not, we just want the rank back as it is worth millions.
