Spawner delay

Hello! Today i maked my mini grinder and place skeleton spawner. The room is 3 wide and 4 lenght. The spawner spawned 2 skeletons immidiently when placed. After like 2 minutes it spawned again. I was so confused and asked the staff for help but they didn't said: ''Go to forums and report it'' I had to go to the discord and ask TrueMute for help and here i am. So is this because of the room? Or is just normal?

everything is ok. The room is wider now and the problem is they are stacking eeasy but they are spawning hard if that makes sense.
