Hello staff of pikanetwork! i am inksans4vevr, and i would like to hold a few questions, if it is not against the rules.
1. this one is about Alparo_, dear mr alparo i was warned by you yesterday for spamming which when i logged on said 8 hours 51 mins ago, but i have a question, you see i had been muted by Astropeh for 7 days because of swearing (sorry!!!) but that was apprximately 13 hours before i logged on again, so may i ask, how am i supposed to send a message after im muted?

Jan 25 (Later that day): You got warned for Spamming (1st offense)

This means you offended the rule two times, but the punishment is just delayed due to some reason (eg: play reports)
