Someone help me please

Right,so i was playing factions to day and i was mining for obsidian.I had a fire resistance potion so i was swimming in lava. Then i decided to swim up and now im somehow stuck in piece of obsidian. I started taking damage down to 3 hearts and then i got disconnected from factions(normal factions). now when ever i log onto factions i get logged out straight away. Please help me Btw my nick is VictorK23

Log onto the teamspeak and tell a helper. dont bother the moderators or head admins or admins unless there are no helpers online or available
