So someone portal trapped me

When I was wandering around my base in survival I tried to go to the nether to test my efficiency V pickaxe. After teleporting to the nether I got trapped. Theres obsidian covering the portal and the problem is, I can't do /c home because the portal is kinda glitched and doesn't allow you to chat if you're inside it. Pls help
