OpLifeSteal world border is set to 56K blocks, so you can’t go beyond it.
How can you make your base safe and hard to raid?
Well, the best way is to use the Nether dimension to travel faster. In the Nether, walking 1 block is equal to about 8 blocks in the Overworld. So if you travel around 5,875 blocks in the Nether (using an Elytra for speed), then return to the Overworld, you’ll find yourself about 47K blocks away, which is far enough for a safe base.
Avoid building your base too close to the world border. The best distance is around 35K–50K blocks.
When building your base, mine carefully using a Silk Touch pickaxe so you can replace blocks and hide your mining path. Go down until you reach Y: -55, then start building your base there.
Don’t build an EXP farm in the Overworld base, because players can detect you. If you use Stormhailer to farm EXP, the lightning can be seen from above and may expose your location.
If you want an EXP farm, build it in the End dimension, about 200–250 blocks up, and keep it separate from your main base.
And like I said before, don’t stay too close to the border.
