Suggestion:
/report (ign)

Detailed description:
There have been many hackers lately in pika network so adding a feature that allows you to report a player in-game helps a lot cause most players ignore hackers and don't report them cause of the tedious process if pika network adds this it would be much easier and I know it comes with the risk of false reports but we can fix it by only giving importance to mass reports on an individual. After several reports on a player, the pika network staff can put the player on watchlist and if he is cheating they can punish him

Reason(s):
will result in decline of hackers

Example(s):
Example - there is a hacker named Bob and I am a lazy ass and i cant go through the long process of reporting in pika network but now i can just report him by typing /report Bob and if a number of peple have already reported Bob it will cause him to get under the watchlist of pika network staff which will result in him getting spectated on and if he is actually hacking he will be punished .

  3. There is player report section in forums where you can report.
1. Staff doesn't have to be online 24/7 they just need to keep an eye on people (for 10 to 20 mins to confirm if they are hacking) who have been mass reported.
2. Only mass reports will be given importance
3. Many players don't report because of the long process and the need to give proof.

What you have said is correct from the players point of view, but for the staff's pov, /report is somethig extremely ineffective. Not like they did not implement it before, but the amount of correct reports are basically countable with your fingers, more of the reports are from 3yr old kids raging from loosing a fight to a normal player. It may sound more effective from the players end, but definitely not effective and wont even work properly as to how staff could really spot a hacker from all the false reports with no proof.
