Removing leaping 3 from pvp

Hello,
Leaping 3 has been annoying all of pvpers in opsb since it was added to pvp in warp fps and warp soccer as a "feature" i mean it was never a feature it only ruined pvp in warp fps and warp soccer ppl now only use it to run and warp fps is so useless now as it was only for 1v1 without running now u can just run so easy without even bow boosting
Also swiftness 3 not working at all in spawn or warp pvp and its useless to pvp in gapple.without speed as its one of the most important things to do in gapple pvp which is use speed bow boosting is also hard without speed

thats a +1 for me coz
most of ppl boosting kills with leaping they keep killing "naked" ppl and escape while on ct with " leaping "
