its stupid, if you have it maxed you like men confirmed, if you dont want it removed you like kids confirmed, thanks for your time please remove this.​

Reason(s):

i would like to be able to hit my opponent without them healing to full health every time they hit me​

Pros of removing:
Pay to win dogwater perk means 0 skill involved.

Cons of removing:
Makes kids who suck at the game feel like they are good. Therefore, caters to 95% of the server
