remove the vote exploiters

If they are exploiting then it's up to the owners to deal with it, they most likely will get disqulified if they are, I don't think they can get banned for this though

They aren't exploiting, its just some way to get additional votes rather than the 217votes per month calc. With those ways one can get upto 254 max votes in a month, ya if someone crosses the max known limit of 254,its likely that they are cheating
 
Is it an in game thing or do they do some magic with the voting API.
Who does it work?

Well Pika can't do anything coz its a bug or glitch or something with the vote website not on pika so it counts vote multiple times.

It's like basically all the voting links have diff time zones, in the 5th link ig not sure, you can vote 2 times in a day cuz the timer is of 12hrs.
Likely, you can get additional 14votes by voting before and after the vote reset done by pika which will register more 14votes at the start of the month

If we take 7links multiplied by the days it's round 217 or 210. Additional 1vote every month from the 12hr voting link and the 14votes before and after the lb reset, will make it go to 254 max.

It does sound like an exploit. It's not supposed to happen. Will the admins ban them?

No ig, cuz even they know this trick lol, that's why many ppl have crossed 217known limit from 7links still they haven't got a ban from the admins

In September 1 guy crossed the limit he had 289 votes

It. Is disabled because it can be exploited and people can get higher votes , admins knew that but in this month they don't know what is bug/glitch.

No they will not get banned because pika is getting more votes so it is profitable for pika

Lucky me who got elite last December lol cuz now the links won't give you 217 votes per month by 6 links
