Remove 16 Second Wait

like seriously...just because i accedentally typed the wrong pass means i have to wait 16 seconds?! Can you just scrap the wait time and not kick you from the server?

BTW nice new logo, the old one was getting stale.

ola,

the reason for that is botting, we did have a lot of people who did try to fuck up the server with botting. they did it with /lobby & /login etc. but than it was 0 seconds, you could try a lot of times. so now we changed it so they can't bot it so fast anymore, it takes longer for those stuff now to make bots and work on pika-network.

thats why its so, but its security also for yourself as @RaVo said.
