Detailed description:

I think i case of ban evasion the account that is banned for ban evasion had to be ban untill his alt or other account had to be unbanned pika give permanent ban because of this alot of peoples got banned and leaving pika. My brother (Stynxq) got banned in pika on his main account because he was banned on his alt but because of him i also got a ban evasion Minecraft_Leg banned me and sayed to me that contact me on discord i tell him everything that i am not stynxq i am his brother ferhan and my id name is Ferhan and he didnt replay to me i think he didn't see my message for a weak ban on a alt my brother got a permanent ban and because of his fault i also got banned :|​

Because of a temporary ban we get a permanent ban on all accounts even it is not ip-ban​

does not matter whether it's your account or his account, the staff doesn't have any way to check it. The only thing they check is whether the IP is the same, nothing else. And any suggestions to the rules would be instantly denied.

Gunfire will never change it we have to forces him to change some rules and make them better no matter if they are rules or whatever

You are right, he got ip-banned for flight. Unless you change your ip, or else you won't be able to play also, simple as that.

Unfortunately,
Since both of you share the same ip they cant do much and since you have the same ip you will be punished for ban evading.
Also Leg is no longer a staff

Secondly you should just change ur ip-address , you can find quadrillion of ways to do so.
And finally , you should make punishment appeal , if nothing works.
Also seeing your agitation I can say you're asking PPL recklessly to unban you and we can't do so.
Nethier will PPL revolt or appeal on your behalf nor will anyone fight with staff for you.


So just appeal officials not here

I am not banned by console i am banned from a staff member Minecraft_leg and in this case ip doesn't matter and about ip we use different pc so this is not a valid reason to ban me.

ban eva won't be removed there are a lot of hacker like a lot in op prison, op faction, op skyblock and every one of them ban eva because of ban eva they get instant perm banned so its -1 it should not be removed or changed
