Denied KitPvP Refill command

Refill command​

Detailed description:

Ok so my suggestion is to add /refill for the people, it will be so useful at times, so this refill command it will do the same thing at spawn on the refill sign but this is on command.​

Reason(s):

It would be so useful for who ran out of heal pots it would be better than going to spawn and refill from there it would make you're life easier.​

I agree with this suggestion, although I would add a slight adjustment to it: 5 minute cooldown, and only allowed to use the command when out of combat.
