how to change my seasonal skyvip rank to a perm one cause i have a perm skyvip but i cant redeem it. they said i already had the permission

You sadly can not do it i also tried from my alt and didn't work.

If you can´t redeem it because seasonal skyvip then you can use it on alt I guess.
