Make it so anyone with 150 ping+ cant queue ranked only reason i lose elo is beacuse of these laggy people having a advantage due to there ping​

-1 How about ranked players get prioritized on ELO and ping so they end up on simular terf. Only issue with this is the low amount of ranked players. However this should solve your issues in the case a lot of people do queue.

Sorry[BGCOLOR=rgb(251, 160, 38)] -[/BGCOLOR][BGCOLOR=rgb(0, 0, 0)]1[/BGCOLOR][BGCOLOR=rgb(204, 204, 204)] [/BGCOLOR], for example myself, i am a asian, playing foriegn will always have lik 200+ ping. i have try my best to lower the ping, like using a pvp client, other windows settings... but it just lower like 15ms. still 200+ ping tho.

Yes was tryna suggest that just used the wrong wording its just really annoying fighting really laggy people when i got high elo so i lose a lot of elo if i die

that's not how ms works. a vpn will not give you lower ping.
