Make it so anyone with 150 ping+ cant queue ranked only reason i lose elo is beacuse of these laggy people having a advantage due to there ping​

On a server like pika, unless it's combo gamemode, for the most part 150 ping is a pretty big disadvantage. Besides the fact that it doesn't really matter if they have 150 ping or not, that takes away half the playerbase for an already dead and horrible ranked system.
