Rank reset itself in OP Skyblock

Hi there,

Ok, so OP Skyblock is back up. I went in, was able to get to L5 after being L4, then suddenly, bam. I'm back to L1. Also, /ar check is broken for me.

I have asked about this before the hack incident, but to be honest, nobody was particularly interested. I guess that's the price you pay for not being a well known player. Anyway, I've attached some screenshots, maybe somebody can help me.

First image is the message I get when I type /ar check.
Second image is proof I was L4 a few days ago.
