Rank requirments for stuff like victory dance, bed destroy effect, cosmetics, kill message​

Reason(s):

Pls remove rank requirments for everything it is just so sad, for ppl who dont have any ranks can only use like 1 bed destroy effect and we barely have any kill message so pls reduce that!!1​

1. You have some cosmetics which are free for everybody, however, those cosmetics where you need a rank are more special and that's why only people with a rank can use them. -1
