QoL Upgrades and Improvements​

Detailed description:

1️⃣ Increasing the Spawn Size​

➡️ Increase the Spawn Size in the next reset.

Reason:
The current spawn is too small, allowing players to spawn bosses outside the warzone while their abilities still affect players inside spawn. This can randomly put players into combat and may even cause combat logging issues. A larger spawn would create a safer environment and prevent unnecessary interference.


2️⃣ Making Boss Areas Far From Spawn​

➡️ Move the Boss Area further away from Spawn.

Reason:
Bosses such as Tundra and Pyro can currently attack players who are standing safely inside spawn. This creates unfair situations where players are affected by boss abilities without participating in the fight. Moving boss areas further away would solve this issue.


3️⃣ Removing Unwanted Custom Potions​

➡️ Remove unused or problematic custom potions.

Reason:
Many custom potions are rarely used because they are either ineffective, bugged, or provide little value. Potions such as Blizzard have also been known to cause chunk-ban related issues. Removing or reworking these potions would improve gameplay and server stability.


4️⃣ New Bosses for OPLifesteal​

➡️ Add new bosses to the server.

Reason:
The current boss lineup has remained largely unchanged for several seasons. Adding new bosses with unique abilities, rewards, and mechanics would keep the gameplay fresh and provide players with new content to grind.


5️⃣ Improve Seasonal Sets​

➡️ Make seasonal sets remain useful throughout the season.

Reason:
The sets introduced in the first crate are usually strong and enjoyable to use. However, after new crates release, these sets quickly become outdated and lose their value. Seasonal sets should remain competitive throughout the season to make players feel rewarded for obtaining them.


6️⃣ Reduce the ShardFlip Limit​

➡️ Lower the ShardFlip limit to 1,000–1,500 shards.

Reason:
A 2,000 shard limit is difficult for most players to reach, especially during the early stages of a season. Reducing the limit would make the feature more accessible while still maintaining risk and excitement.


7️⃣ Reduce Boss & KOTH Level Difficulty​

➡️ Rebalance Boss and KOTH progression levels.

Reason:
The current level requirements become excessively grindy at higher levels. Boss challenges eventually require hundreds of boss kills, while KOTH challenges require numerous wins despite limited KOTH opportunities and high competition. These requirements feel repetitive rather than challenging and should be adjusted.


8️⃣ Improve Anti-Cheat​

➡️ Strengthen the anti-cheat system.

Reason:
Elytra hackers and other cheaters continue to negatively impact PvP. Fighting against hackers is frustrating for legitimate players and discourages competitive gameplay. Improving anti-cheat detection would create a fairer environment for everyone.


9️⃣ Reduce Difficulty of Certain Levels​

➡️ Rebalance Reinforced Deepslate and Warden-related level tasks.

Reason:
Tasks such as breaking 512 Reinforced Deepslate blocks or killing large numbers of Wardens are extremely time-consuming and repetitive. These challenges often feel more like a grind than actual progression. Reducing the requirements would make leveling more enjoyable while still keeping it challenging.​

Result: Smaller factions have almost no chance of completing the level.

Current Task:
  • Break 512 Reinforced Deepslate
If 1 block takes around 2 minutes:
512 × 2 minutes = 1,024 minutes
= 17+ hours of mining
Result:
Extremely repetitive and not skill-based.

Warden Example​

Current Task:
  • Kill 150 Wardens
To kill 150 Wardens:
  • Find a Deep Dark.
  • Summon Wardens repeatedly.
  • Fight dangerous mobs for hours.
Result: Becomes a boring grind instead of an achievement.
