Suggestion:
Punishment history in Discord

Detailed description:
Please create a new channel on the PikaNetwork Discord demarcating the punishment history of members for their Discord Punishments. Stating the username, the rule broken, and their offense number. Evidence may/may not be necessary, since the Evidence is already looked upon by Staff members in the forums (Player Report).

Reason(s):
I want this to be implemented because I feel that many Player Reports are being denied due to "Duplication" on Discord, at least for me. The Reporters (Members) don't know, whether the punishment was given on the specific rule violator, and in often cases, their reports get denied for Duplication.

This is adding to my and many other denied player reports, while I am struggling to achieve the "Great reporter" role, which is very sad.

There is a history of punishments on the forums for in-game. Why not add it to Discord too? This will help many members.

Example(s):
#punishmenthistory(Channel name)

- Username- Xyz

- Rule Broken- Swearing

-Offense number- (1st)

- Evidence(May/may not)- {URL on the broken rule}

Could be considered public shaming which is to be avoided. Reports can also be marked as duplicate if someone else just reports it before you do, not just if someone else already punished them.

Like that, it's considered public shaming for the in-game punishment history, no? And to answer the duplicated question, that is exactly why I would want someone to create a punishment history for Discord as well, so that members know, not to report the same player again for the same reason.

Let's have an example:

1. Arrly sends a stretched out "YOOO" into public chat (enough to be considered flooding)

2. Surbate sees it, makes a screenshot and reports Arrly for flooding.

3. Cradlless also sees it, makes a screenshot and reports it, 15 seconds after Surbate does.

4. Surbate's Report gets accepted -> Arrly is warned (and incase of this channel existing, the warn is posted in there)

5. Cradlless' report would be marked as duplicated, because he made it after Surbate made his.

What I'm trying to make clear here is that reports have a chance of being sent before members get punished, in which case they'd be marked as duplicated. The channel would only help in very few scenarios.
About the public shaming part, the ingame history is something people need to actively look for, while a discord channel just sits there and can be clicked by anyone.

Sorry, I was wrong on the duplicated question part. It is fine if player reports get denied for that reason, that is at least logical. Just like the Pika Network Forums. Creating a Player Report though, without knowledge of their previous Punishment history, is very illogical. It will get denied due to duplication for a very unnecessary reason.

Any member who would play Pika Network should be aware that there is a thing called "Forums" on the Pika Site, which is however their problem. We can't be considerate about that. They should be knowledgeable about certain basic things before playing Pika. Just like why anyone would read the rules, on the Pika Forums. Not all members are active on the Discord Pika, specifically that channel. They would love to interact in the public chat channel or ask doubts on the community help channel.

I don't think it's very illogical, since it's the same for ingame (barely anyone checks their punishment history before reporting, since it's not required).
If suggestions get marked as duplicated they aren't necessarily denied, it's more to notify the member that no further action is required. If you're applying for great reporter for example, your duplicated reports don't matter towards your ratio.

Even if one did not want to achieve the Great Reporter role, it is not about that. I believe that reports should not be duplicated without a valid reason. Everybody would want accepted player reports(If it is a valid one), and since this does not apply for Discord, I would love for it to be implemented here.

I'd also disagree on that, though you can make an additional suggestion for that.
For us staff, the scenario now is simple: we see 2 reports on the player, and (assuming that it's valid) accept the first report. Now for the second report, we can immediately mark it as duplicated even if it isn't a valid one, which saves a good amount of time, since it's pointless to check whether the evidence is valid just to give that player one extra accepted report.

Long story short: be the fastest at reporting, then you don't have that problem ;)

Alright, thanks. I just hope this one gets accepted. If not, I will definitely create another one based on the Duplication part.

So for this we have to add Date of report with Times of offense the player had got

The date is already added with every message on Discord date and time are given. What do you mean?, and I already told in my Suggestion that the offense number will be added.

Unless of course the reports happen to be checked from page 1 and on...
