Pseudo Genblock vs Pseudo Genbucket

New to the whole OP Faction thing and I just started adding protection around my base. I need to know what's the difference between a pseudo genblock and a pseudo genbucket. They both go through blocks and as far as I know, they do the same thing, but the pseudo genblock is way cheaper. Why is that?

The genblocks are made to be used in printer mode since you can not print buckets, that’s the only difference. If the prices seem unbalanced / wrong you could make a bug report
