Problems of Survival Rules

I've been playing on the network for almost 5 years, I've seen people get banned and unbanned for dumb reasons. For example last season when new survival season dropped whole team of "Ruthless" got unbanned. If you don't know anything about Ruthless, shortly, they are grinding/pvp clan which I am myself ally of. Apperently most of them that got banned permanently got unbanned. Before I continue, I DO NOT have anything against ruthless, I'm happy to be part of the team. Now let's continue, I've seen some of Ruthless leaders and founders talking to developers in public chat just asking to unban specific people. I assume that's because some Ruthless members have very good relations with server owners and developers. Now you might think why am I saying all this if I got nothing against Ruthless, well I do have a suggestion. This suggestion cannot be posted in suggestion forum because suggesting new rules isn't allowed, but this rule SHOULD be applied to make everything fair for everyone. To prevent other people to get their friends unbanned even tho they've broken the rules, we should unban every permanent ban at the new season start. MAKE SEASONAL BANS. This will bring people back, decrease ban evasion etc. I think this is very needed rule, so I hope this message comes to someone that can pull few strings to make this happen! I'm kindly and with respect asking Owners, Developer & Staff team to make this a thing. People that I want to be unbanned and back are my very good friends. If it's not possible to make this happen, I would atleast like to ask for unban for some specific people. Why? Well I will spread the word about this and the unfair advantage Ruthless is getting (again I don't have anything against them). If it's possible to unban my friends: samiullahr1122, Stynxq, Ferhan, Moisbig, AGtooLeng, TDKM5 and some more...

Hi.

You mentioned such unbans at the "start of each season". How would this be measured? You seem to be talking about survival, however I do not see a way to unban only the ones that got banned in Survival. Besides that, this will just not get considered at all. We don't consider suggestions posted outside of the suggestion forum, and you're correct, it'll just get denied there, and that's because it has many flaws. More than 90% of people who got banned for cheating, ban evasion or similar stuff resulting in 90d+ bans would do it again when they're able to play, and that's the sad truth. Letting those people play the server again makes our life harder and harder, and knowing we just unbanned maybe 5,000 people just because of a new season doesn't give great feelings.

Overall, this is just not the place to suggest such stuff, and I can see you made this at night.

All unbanned Ruthless members were given a second chance because some of their bans were unfairly long or unnecessary. They were not unbanned due to their connections or any similar reasons, so stop creating drama and spreading falsehoods.

All unbanned players are fully aware that they will be permanently banned if they repeat their mistakes.
