Pro Rank Glitch

So apparently, there's a glitch in OP FACTIONS, where you redeem a rank, and you get absolutely nothing.

When I typed "1 2 3 test" the message wasn't white like it was supposed to be.

And the /kits doesn't show I have Pro Kit available.

Sorry for disturbing but i am continuously kicking from server again and again i restart my WiFi also and my laptop but it happening again and again. When I reconnect to the server this show that u are already connect to server. I have to play so please reply fast .

I believe you should wait a bit before reconnecting again. Try restarting your PC and if it doesn't work, please contact the staff team in their discord here.

i was playing game before 5 mins by mistake i double click q and lost my pickaxe on gold i land i wish i could get it back but player name amit123 stole it and didnt gave me back plz help me to get it back and plz add a update where we can lock our items
