No don't make a support ticket. Rather make a bug report. I've seen this happen multiple times now.

If you can, give as much information about it as possible.

He would only get a refund if he bought the crate with IRL money and that was never mentioned. If he did, then do both.

I never got it I got it from dutchminers DP on Saturday and I didn't know how to open it till a few days later then I opened it and got that but I never got my reward
