plz fix Player Vault clearing glitch

i got my pv 1 cleared today for no utter reason so i lost my Gset and shards and dust and books and galactic pc
can plz any staff member help me ???

When was it cleared? there has been bugs witch have made many players pvs be cleared, but if was b4 reset, its cause reset.

Mine got cleared after reset but I kinda didn't care, it happen on op facs1 yesterday too me tho..

And also only items bought on the webshop can be returned

no it wasnt reset i am litterally the richest player on the server i still have my money still have the stuff in my echest
but my pv got cleared

It happens to me too.

Just kindly restart your minecraft or re-log in to the server again.​

If this will not work please call staff for support regarding to this problem.
(Just don't panic if this happens again)

Also, this is clearly a server issue so how will restarting help this? I'm not gone btw so I can say I'm your lover but ok :3

Use the edit button instead of double posting.

The bug is probably pared with the "Rollback" bug players have been reported.

I am the one who encountered and fixed the problem myself.
I was just giving my opinion. So please think before you post
