i use to get 120ms on bedwars but form 4 days now i am getting 250ms and its not cause of my net because it is good in other server

I do have a couple of suggestions to pass along, but they are not guaranteed to fix your problem.
** Restart your network.
** Change your DNS: These are pretty common:

• On Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
• For Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

** Disable VPNs or any gaming booster.

Again, these are not a guaranteed way of fixing your problem, but I have to say, they are worth a try. If that does not work, I’d suggest talking to a staff member.
