Ping issues

Hi there! I've been playing on Pika network for almost 2-3 years now, but I haven't faced any lag issues ever since. From the past month, I have been facing extreme cases of ping issues where my ping would reach heights of upto 1k ping when usually I used to have about 180ms. I have not changed my system neither have I changed my router, my router puts upto 150mb/s of download and upload speed. It's all the same but I'm still facing this type of issue, and I'm certain that there are some other players that have been facing the same issue as I have. I kindly request the staff to look into this issue and fix it as it has been very hard to play on the server with such high ping issues.

• Open cmd (adminstrator) and type ipconfig /flushdns
• Change the dns server to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 (Google) or 1.1.1.1, 1.1.0.1 (Cloudfare)
• Try these proxy servers:

• proxy001.pikasys.net
  proxy002.pikasys.net
  proxy003.pikasys.net

Hi, thank you for replying. I have already tried these methods prior to posting this thread, but the ping issue still persisted.
