Ping Issue suddenly

I was playing on Pika server late at night having 180 ping constant but in morning I wake up and start to play Pika server again i got 400 ping and this problem is not occurring with me only but with my friends of same area and from friends in other countries like India and Nepal they also get 100 ping but suddenly they got 400 ping also any reason what the problem is

Yes I have checked on two different wifi and this problem is not only with me sir. I need solution
