They both are 2 different servers. Hypixel already has a lot of "original" concepts and whenever Pika adds something from Hypixel the community says they're copying. Pika has already said that they do not want to be like Hypixel and as stated earlier Hypixel has most of the original concepts. You can make a suggestion for hotbar manager as I think it's going to really useful, however there is a low chance of it being accepted due to Hypixel already having it
