Top Team with top bal will win some iron. Every month the top team will earn some amount of real money and some amount of iron. This will be given to the leader​

This will make Op Lifesteal More fun and it will make way for more p2w players and grinders to join. OpFac already has many grinders whereas OP Lifesteal dont have many grinders so anyone has the chance to win​

A Great Idea But The Leader Should/Must Also Distribute It Between It's Team Members That Helped Him Make His Team The Top 1

I agree with Hasher but some teammates have not done the same work as some members. The leader should decide how much each person gets. This is why we need a trusted leader

Well the problem is that people might use alts for kills so It would not be fair for the grinders

that can easily be disabled though, with a cap, or a player safety which would mean that a player has to play for 2 hours (not at spawn), before getting killed, and the same person can only be killed every 30 minutes, or something.

• First survival minecraft is easy to find loopholes (bugs, dupes, whatever)
• Keeping in mind that pikanetwork is a cracked server, players will definitely use bots and there are more than enough bot out there which work on vanilla mc. (Although lifesteal is a bit different but it works the same if used)
• Bal is easy to get, players will farm endlessly, and lifesteal would lose its lifesteal aspect and become a farming simulator.
