I already made a ticket, but i wanted to write here too because i dont know where else to get in contact with staff.
Considering only 24h was given for complaint im bit worried now that my complaint wont be taken, so i'll write here.
In payout competition i got 1st place in mining beacons with 20k beacons mined. TheSK_001 won bossed killed, and daniyal was 2nd in bossed killed.
TheSK_001 was given rewards for beacons 1st place and daniyal was given reward for bosses killed 1st place. But that is clearly wrong. I have all screenshots to prove it and also anyone can go ingame and type /payout and will see that they made a mistake.
I have no idea who to ask or where else to post this.
Honestly its really defeating to see when you spend a lot of time in the game that such a mistake can ruin the whole experience.
I hope this mistake gets rectified, otherwise (not a threat in any way shape or form, just my thinking out loud process) i dont think i'll stay in the game.
