He is asking for help not for a ban...
So it could be proof of it being worth a staffs time.

The only way I can see this happening which is what I've done, since Prison is a PvP Enabled Server scamming is allowed just get a alt and try and make him type /p set o [Alt name] and make him think you wanna help tpa trap dont tell him what /p set o [Name] is, but it makes you the owner of the plot! Then just delete the plot with /p clear afterwards and alert people not to tpa to him anymore!
