Paid but didn't receive Rank Up

Hello, I would like to bring attention to an issue I’ve been facing regarding a purchase I made.

I paid 28 EUR on 12/04/2025 for a rank up from Warlock to Alchemist and Alchemist to Wizard, but I haven’t received my ranks yet. I’ve already opened a support ticket but haven’t received any response or update even after 48 hours of waiting.

Could someone from the support team please assist me or look into this? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

I actually did that 5 days ago and I still haven't received a response and the message is still there pending

You have to be patient as I believe owners look at this therefore it can take a bit longer.
