We've carefully designed these updates to make your experience smoother and more rewarding. Whether it's refining existing features or introducing new improvements, we're committed to making your time in the game more fun and satisfying. Below you can find most of the changes we have made and what has been added, I’m sure I forgot to mention it all but I’m sure giving it a good read you will be familiar with most of you're going to see. If there is however still something you want to change, feel free to mention it on this thread before its release, we can still consider making the change.

End of the world
To celebrate the end of the season, we will be hosting an end-of-season event. At around 3 days before the release, we will be placing reset signs at spawn which you can click and claim a number of rewards; Free items, Free gkits, Millions of in-game money, Tons of free experience to level up your overpowered armor. Everyone will be able to finish their rank-ups because you can get everything for free. You can fight with everyone without the fear of losing your gear you have weeks to gather. So clearly this is the event everyone should participate in! Hop on OpSkyBlock and have fun!

The following are the most important features/modifications implemented towards this season's map and features.
Payouts! Island Top Rewards
In this new season of OpSkyBlock, we will have bi-weekly rewards for the top islands!
This will continue until the end of the season which will last exactly 6 weeks or 42 days and end with the final payout.
View all the dates in the /payouts menu.
End-of-the-season rewards
First place: €500 worth of Iron currency.
Second place: €350 worth of Iron currency.
Third place: €200 worth of Iron currency.
Bi-weekly rewards
First place: €75 worth of Iron currency. Second place: €50 worth of Iron currency. Third place: €25 worth of Iron currency.
New! Spawn
In the spirit of the samurai, what better way to inaugurate a fresh season than with an exhilarating martial arts spectacle?
Prepare to embark on a grand journey into a newly crafted samurai dojo, where honor and skill are paramount.
A new spawn with a Samurai theme.
The spawn contains an outpost again.
Looking for some help? There are plenty of NPCs explaining all the features.
The PVP arena is filled with supply drops that you can capture.

New! Island EffectsWe're thrilled to introduce an exciting new feature to our game – Island Effects!
We've crafted a special category just for you, where you can invest all those hard-earned island shards you've collected through the new missions.
Get ready for a boost!These Island Boosts offer incredible advantages, and the best part is, they're accessible to both you and your fellow island members. Once acquired, these boosts deliver valuable effects that last for a total of 3 hours.
You'll have access to a range of 9 effects, all available for purchase, both for you and your island members:

You're the one calling the shots! To empower players with greater control over their gaming experience, we've introduced a handy toggle system that can be accessed using the /settings command.
This feature allows players to effortlessly enable or disable these effects, with separate settings available for island-specific enhancements and those associated with the mine world.

New! Island UpgradesWe've undertaken a thorough revamp of our island upgrades!
We've rolled out an extensive array of fresh categories and upgrades, all of which can be acquired using island shards. This revitalization is aimed at offering you an even wider range of choices to amplify and customize your island, transforming it into an even more immersive and enjoyable haven.
A better way to spend your shards.These upgrades are both old and new, making you fully in control of how your Island will be ready to dominate the season, and allowing for a much bigger variety of ways to spend your hard-earned Island Shards with these new upgrades.

Daily missions are a thing of the past.We've decided to bid them farewell as they didn't significantly enhance your gaming experience and sometimes made progress more challenging.
Instead, brace yourself for a revamped mission system! We've introduced a brand-new set of missions, each with its own distinct level. These missions promise engaging and rewarding experiences, allowing you to earn more island shards as you advance.
With these fresh and exciting missions, there's always a new challenge awaiting you on your island adventure. Get ready for an exhilarating mission journey, and watch your island thrive like never before!
This mission overhaul brings a multitude of new missions and levels for you to conquer throughout the season. You won't have to wait for small daily missions anymore; there will always be a new mission waiting for you and your island.

We've replaced the miner boss with an even mightier and more challenging adversary, the formidable Arceus boss.
This alteration ensures that the later mines offer a truly demanding test of your skills and determination.

Updated! Player ShopsWe've gone the extra mile to revamp and refine our player shops, making them even more exceptional.

We've carefully rebalanced the prices for all ores in the /shop, ensuring that they are more equitable and accessible to everyone.

Updated! Tab ListWe've made some updates to our table, providing you with more essential information at a glance.
A quick overview of boostersAs part of these improvements, the tab list will now also showcase all active boosters, ensuring you have a clear and comprehensive view of your current in-game enhancements.
This enhancement aims to streamline your gameplay experience, keeping you well-informed and ready to conquer new challenges.
Fixed! Bugs
We did our best to polish and fix as many existing bugs inside the OpSkyBlock server. We have looked through all the bug reports and managed to fix them. If you come across any bugs with the new release, make sure to report them at our forums under the bug reports section.
Here are a few of the bugs we squished out:
- Fixed some pets not having the right effect on their abilities
- Fixed some leaderboard commands not working properly.
- Fixed seasonal rank vouchers not working.
- Fixed not being able to break some custom crops.
- Fixed some crate rewards not being correct.
- Fixed Spawner Island permission missing for upgrading.
- Removed invalid permissions from /is permissions menu.
Misc. Updates and changes.
After receiving some suggestions about modifying a couple of things, we have decided to make the following modifications in order to make everyone's OpSkyBlock experience much better. We have modified a few features that were present on the previous map, and here is the list including those modifications, along with a justification for the majority:
- Updated all plugins.
- Updated payouts menu.
- Added new animations for seasonal crate and lootbox.
- Added a new seasonal lootbox.
- Added a new seasonal loot crate, available for a limited time.
- Added a new seasonal class.
- Added option to directly deposit your fragments from backpack into island crystal.
- The black market now shows a timer for the time it will reset.

Question and Answers
Why does OpSkyBlock reset?
OpSkyBlock is already up for some time. A reset has to happen to change and improve with new features, to make the game more exciting for you all! This then allows you players to have a fresh start and new players can begin to play without any significant disadvantage.
This means all items, money, and the map will be reset. Nothing will be kept leftover from the previous map. I know this must be a disappointing revelation for a lot of you, but think about the exciting new changes, the new alliances you can forge, the new map, the new features and updates the different kinds of gameplay, and style is provided with this update will surely make it a worth-while and exciting reset!
