End of the world
To celebrate the end of the season, we will be hosting an end-of-season event. At around 3 days before the release, we will be placing reset signs at spawn which you can click and claim a number of rewards; Free items, Free gkits, Millions of in-game money, Tons of free experience to level up your overpowered armor. Everyone will be able to finish their rank-ups because you can get everything for free. You can fight with everyone without the fear of losing your gear you have weeks to gather. So clearly this is the event everyone should participate in! Hop on OpSkyBlock and have fun!

A new seasonal crate has been added again.
New! Season LengthWe're extending the season length from 6 weeks to 8 weeks, thanks to the wealth of content now available.
This change is designed to ensure everyone has ample opportunity to enjoy and delve into the full range of features we've introduced.
Our goal is to maximize the fun and exploration for all players throughout the season.
This means the new season of OpSkyBlock will last a total of 8 weeks.
New! Skills
We've revamped the skills system, introducing 7 unique skills for you to explore.
This overhaul adds an extra layer of excitement and variety to the game, offering fresh strategies for play and progression.
OpSkyBlock will now feature these 7 Skills, including entirely new additions and some that have been significantly updated.

New! Realms World PvPLast season, due to an oversight, PvP was mistakenly disabled in the world of the realm.
Starting from this season, we're correcting that: PvP will be enabled after the 2nd zone.
This means you will drop all your items upon death, introducing a higher level of risk and reward to the world of the valuable realm.
This change aims to enhance the thrill and challenge of the game, making every venture into the realms a more strategic and potentially rewarding experience.
New! FishingThe realms world now features an exciting new fishing mechanic, injecting an extra thrill into your exploration.
Every zone is equipped with its fishing pond, home to distinctive custom fish that are just waiting to be caught by adventurous anglers.
Each fish has their strength.This new fishing challenge is set to test both your skills and patience, as catching the more esteemed fish requires increased effort and more pulls.
Sell fish to the merchant.Your catches can now be put to good use at the fishing shop, where you can exchange them for valuable items like boss totems, minion fuel, and more. Fishing thus becomes not only a fun activity but also a rewarding one, offering unique benefits for your gameplay.
New! Realms World EnvoysWe've updated the envoy mechanics in our game. Now, instead of appearing in the warzone, envoys will show up in the Realms world.
One envoy for each zone. The rewards from envoys have been enhanced, offering better and more valuable items.
Every zone in the Realms world is assigned its unique envoys. Furthermore, new envoys will spawn in a different zone every 30 minutes, keeping the excitement alive and continuous.
Updated! Auction HouseWe've updated the auction house system to improve your experience.
Be aware of items expiring.Now, you'll receive a notification 30 minutes before your listed items are set to expire.
This timely heads-up is intended to give you a chance to manage your listings more effectively, ensuring you never miss out on a potential sale or need to relist an item unexpectedly.
Updated! Player LevelsFollowing the latest updates to player levels, we've implemented significant improvements to enhance the leveling experience.
Say goodbye to unachievable tasks. Now, all item-giving tasks have been adjusted to work seamlessly, eliminating the need for more inventory space than what's available. This adjustment allows you to complete these tasks more smoothly, freeing you from the hassle of inventory management.
Switching up farming for fishing. We've replaced nearly all tasks that previously required farming vanilla crops with our new fishing mechanic. This shift is designed to diversify your in-game activities, making your progression through the game both more interesting and rewarding.
Updated! KOTHs
After a while without changes, we're thrilled to unveil a total revamp of our KOTH rewards this season.
Say hello to the updated KOTH Lootbag, brimming with fantastic rewards that will elevate your gaming journey.
Step into the battle and come out on top to secure your cache of exclusive items and bonuses. Now, within each loot bag, you'll discover not just one, but three items, enhancing your rewards significantly.
Fixed! Bugs
We did our best to polish and fix as many existing bugs inside the OpSkyBlock server. We have looked through all the bug reports and managed to fix them. If you come across any bugs with the new release, make sure to report them at our forums under the bug reports section.
Here are a few of the bugs we squished out:
- Fixed skills menu now showing all accurate information.
- Fixed anti-cheat not acting.
- Fixed island upgrades menu closing when you click an upgrade.
- Fixed all Class containers.
- Fixed some player levels requiring more inventory space than possible.
- Fixed outpost saying 'Faction'.
- Fixed outpost hologram duplicating sometimes.
- Fixed not being able to relog after skipping a skill-level task.
- Fixed some missing drops in the Realms World.
Misc. Updates and changes.
After receiving some suggestions about modifying a couple of things, we have decided to make the following modifications in order to make everyone's OpSkyBlock experience much better. We have modified a few features that were present on the previous map, and here is the list including those modifications, along with a justification for the majority:
- Added a new seasonal crate.
- Added an item to maximum upgrade your iChest.
- Added an item to maximum upgrade your Minions.
- Increased drop chances for Magma Cube Spawners.
- Added more ores to the mines.
- Added a new seasonal class.
- Auction House will now send you reminders when your items are about to expire.

Question and Answers
Why does OpSkyBlock reset?
OpSkyBlock is already up for some time. A reset has to happen to change and improve with new features, to make the game more exciting for you all! This then allows you players to have a fresh start and new players can begin to play without any significant disadvantage.
This means all items, money, and the map will be reset. Nothing will be kept leftover from the previous map. I know this must be a disappointing revelation for a lot of you, but think about the exciting new changes, the new alliances you can forge, the new map, the new features and updates the different kinds of gameplay, and style is provided with this update will surely make it a worth-while and exciting reset!
