Suggestion:
OpLifeSteal Rework.
Detailed description:
1. Bigger spawn with a better look
Expand the spawn area so it isn't crowded.
Redesign it with better builds, decorations, and lighting.
Add clear areas for crates, shops, and the NPC, all easy to find.
2. Make in-game money harder to gain
Money from coinflipping and grinding is too easy to get. Players now reach 500B or more, so money feels useless.
Reduce coinflip profits and the money income from grinding.
Add more money sinks so money keeps its value.
3. Reduce the /level requirements
Many levels need items that are very hard to get.
Lower the requirements for all levels, especially the high ones.
Increase the rewards, including more seasonal keys.
Make the seasonal key rewards claimable by everyone, not only players with a redeemed premium pass voucher.
4. Reduce the boss kill requirements in /level
Lower the number of bosses you need to kill for levels, including the vanilla ones (Withers, Ender Dragons) and the custom bosses PikaNetwork added.
Example: a level that needs 25 Ender Dragons should need 20.
Apply this to every boss requirement, not only the dragons.
5. No votes in /levels
Waiting days or weeks just to pass one level is frustrating and makes progress feel slow.
A level skip is worth 100-250 gold, and nobody wants to spend one just because of a vote requirement.
Players should be rewarded for playing, not
forced to wait on votes.

Reason(s):
1. Bigger spawn
The spawn is the first thing every player sees, and a better one makes a better first impression.
Less crowding means less lag and less trouble at crates and shops.
Clear zones help new players, which means fewer questions to staff.
2. Harder money
Money feels useless because 500B+ is easy to get.
Players now sell their stuff for gold or trade it instead of selling it for in-game money, so the in-game economy is being ignored.
Money sinks give players a reason to spend money, which keeps the economy healthy.
When money matters again, shops, auctions, and trading all become active again.
3. Lower /level requirements and better rewards
Only 3-10 players can reach level 200, so most of the community never benefits from the system.
Grinding, buying, and selling items for these rewards costs a lot of time and money, and the reward isn't worth it.
The seasonal keys locked behind the premium pass voucher make it Pay-To-Win. Free players do the same work for few seasonal keys.
Players who can reach more levels spend more time on the server and stay longer.
4. No votes in /levels
Waiting days or weeks for a vote requirement is frustrating and makes progress feel slow.
Players waste a 100-250 gold level skip just to avoid the vote requirement.
Players should be rewarded for playing the gamemode, not for waiting on votes.
Votes still keep their own rewards, so the server doesn't lose vote activity.
7. Few bosses kills
Bosses take a lot of time and resources to farm, and many players give up on a level because of the boss requirement alone.

Example(s):
1. Votes
Before: "Level 45 needs 20 votes", so you wait days or weeks.
After: Level 45 only needs the in-game requirements, with no votes.
2. Money
Coinflip max bet: a limit per flip so no one can make 500B quickly.
Coinflip tax: 5-10% of winnings removed from the economy.
Money sinks: classes, crate keys bought with money, and cosmetics.
3. Level requirements.
Level 200 now: very hard requirements, with 10B + 25 godly keys + weekly beta.
Level 200 suggested: a bit easier requirements, with 10B + 25 godly keys + seasonal beta + 3-5seasonal keys.
Lower levels now: hard requirements and few seasonal keys.
Lower levels suggested: lower requirements and the same amount of seasonal keys. Free players get a limited amount, and premium pass players get all of them.
4. Boss requirements
Ender Dragon: kill 25 now, kill 20 suggested.
Wither: kill 15 now. suggested: Kill 10 Withers.
Custom bosses: kill 25 now. suggested: Kill 15 Bosses.
