Remove /kit food and allow spawners​

Detailed description:

Remove /kit food and any food from kits, to get a market for food. Make players able to buy animal spawners and spawn animals on their plot.
Allow only one spawner per plot!​

Reason(s):

There is a food overflowing on the server. The wheat is useless, like the other foods as well, because everyone can get free food from kits.​
