Not getting purchases

I had to buy my criminal rank twice, and the upgrade to gandstart i have not recieved after paying 2 times.

Make sure you give as many details as possible, including your transaction IDs from the emails sent to you after your purchases.

You have to use every proof you have that you are the one who bought it, you are the one who didn't done any mistake during the purchase and you have to proof that you really bought them. So I think paypal proof or site proof will probably help you.

But because this never happend to me am not sorry if am saying everything feel free to ask a staff member or some experienced people like tlang, disaalt or upperground!
