noramal minecraft players cant make private games and the lowers rank players like vip cant make private games i would like to suggest u to add private games in bedwars and skywars because players want to show their skills against their enemys or friends​

Just put aside anything about its just a perk for titan rank only. The server can't handle that many private games if everyone could host one. The server would become extremely lagy and no one would like to play then.

btw titan rank ones can get the option to castomize the private on like adding genrator boost armour enchants lock things etc but normal player can only play and create
